Something about this photo makes me smile! Well before you grin, let me tell you that I'm just happy a garden "gadget" has come along, something that I would really enjoy. Imagine, you're gardening on a hot sunny day, just about finished nipping those bushes to perfection, you take your shirt off, stand on this garden gadget and viola... shower galore.
For extremely hot countries with scorching summers, this product will surely take-off! It is called the Vitco Garden Shower, and it retails for about US$938. Sold right here.
Here's the tech blurb from ...
Okay, this stuff is for mature readers only. So if you’re a girl still playing with your dolls or teddy bears, you may want to skip this. But if you’re really curious…
For guys who feel they’ve let down their bed mates because they came too quickly, don’t despair. Sex therapists in the US have found out it doesn’t take long to satisfy a woman in bed. Their findings will be published in the May 2008 issue of the Journal of Sexual Medicine, according to an Associated Press report this week.
In the surveys they conducted, the sex therapists found ...
I’m picturing and hearing Sesame Street in my mind. That song “Everybody Sleeps” just can’t let go, what a recall.
Probably one of the most useful furniture in our house… our beds. Oh and they can be oooh so different, but you know when you find one, you tend to be loyal to it like a spouse. I’ve heard of folks using the same bed since birth. And some would say the quickest bed purchase they ever made was a short one and a half year from the old one.
I for one have been using mine for about 5 ...

It’s a chilly morning here in my room, and I’m taking a break from scouring UST’s Multiply group for possible customers and contacts. I had happened by a couple of blogs that had songs that mirrored the chill caressing my skin and freezing my heart.
Don’t mind me though. The new year’s first morning had always been poignant for me. Maybe the air and the weather are just mirroring my affect.
While yesterday I had listed the ten things I was thankful for in 2007, I greet 2008 with a gray mist surrounding my heart. What I’d give to be on the shore of a turbulent ocean right now. What I’d give to be facing a turbulent ocean at around five past in the morning, when the day has yet to start, and the sky has this gray hue with only a hint of color.
As the year comes to a close, I would like to do something cliché: be thankful for the past year. :)
So while you await the fireworks and I sleep them away, I would like to say my piece just before the year ends.
Oprah is always big on the gratitude memes and she encourages people to make it a point to be thankful. It has virtue in it, because after I recount how thankful I am for things, events, people, realizations, etc., in my life, I forget my pains and complaints. I realize that life is good after all, and that all in all, I am a fortunate, blessed person. I may not seem like that to some people, but the fact that there are things I can be thankful for after all makes me realize that life is truly worth looking forward to living each day. :)
So without further ado, let me start...

Last week, I discussed my primitivo royale writer’s tools to maximize time. Now here is my concept survival kit, because I have yet to purchase any of these, because I had to fill my room with essentials first.
I believe that the tech-savvy writer has to have the best tools of the trade in order to do his or her job excellently. These tools, these gadgets do not have to be the top-of-the-line branded stuff, but as long as they:
are sturdy, durable, and will last you at least two years
deliver decent to great output
serve their purpose and more..
..then they are top-notch in my book. More so if they are as hot as this baby that I deem essential to my career, and am actually aiming to get.
I believe that a writer/blogger, when offline, has to have these essentials
I’ve come across an interesting article from Yahoo.com’s Yahoo Green section. With the current escalating trend of the price of oil and gasoline (including their bi-products), the cost of owning a hybrid car is slowly making sense. People before think that gas cars are cheaper than hybrid (gas/electric) cars, and that hybrid will not pay [...]
This post is a continuation of my Cliff’s Notes for Who Moved My Cheese, the book by Spencer Johnson, M.D. (also the Author of The One Minute Manager). Hope you enjoy my annotations of the rest of the principles!
This is wise living.
I keep picturing this scene from Music and Lyrics where Hugh Grant (playing an 80’s singer Alex Fletcher) hires Drew Barimore (as Sophie Fisher, who plays as plant caretaker) to water his apartment plants. Obviously, Alex doesn’t care less what time his plants are fed and just keeps it for the “girls” so [...]
A cousin recently introduced me to www.surfthechannel.com , and I am loving watching The Office season 4 through it. I just love that show, hilarious! I’ve been watching it on TV but it’s on season 3 replay. I really like to know how Ryan the temp is having his revenge on Michael. Don’t get me [...]
Hoi An is like setting foot inside one of those old Chinese movies. The elements are all there. From the low-tiled roofs to the narrow streets, Hoi An is a picture perfect replica of what ancient Vietnam used to be. The small city is located in the South Central Coast of Vietnam. In the 16th [...]
While summer can be the fun-filled time of the year IT CAN also be a huge debt trap. Every year, Americans splurge on summer expenses like trips, hotels, summer clothing, gears, and gadgets. Oh and all those have-nots that people just “need” to make summer extra perfect.
Every mall will hand out “special deals” to hook [...]
