Oh, there are stupid laws also in good old Pinas. One of them says you can’t seek the ouster of a President thru impeachment more than once a year. So all a President has to do in order not to get her ass kicked is to allow her buddies in Congress to file a frivolous, spineless impeachment complaint against her — and then have her buddies dismiss the complaint later for being the epitome of stupidity. This way, she’s got her anti-impeachment immunization for at least one year.
Clever, isn’t it?

In Scotland, if someone knocks on your door and requires the use of your toilet, you must let them enter (4 percent)
