BRITAIN’S Queen Elizabeth II had the last laugh over US President George W. Bush Tuesday a day after Bush nearly made her older by 200 years!

US President George Bush makes light of his verbal gaffe as Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II stands politely by.
Concluding a six-day state visit to the United States, the Queen hosted a return banquet for Bush and his wife Laura at the British embassy. As she rose to give her toast, a mischievous grin came over her face.
“Mr. President, I wondered whether I should start this toast saying, ‘When I was here in 1776’,” the 81-year-old monarch said to hearty laughs from the dinner guests. A smiling Bush replied: “Your Majesty, I can’t top that one.”
A day earlier, Bush nearly choked on his own words again during a ceremonial welcome for the Queen and her husband, Prince Philip, outside the White House ahead of a lavish state banquet.
Bush said Elizabeth had visited the United States “in 17 — in 1976” to mark the 200th anniversary of its Declaration of Independence from Britain. He then winked at the queen and joked: “She gave me a look that only a mother could give a child.”
Oh well, nothing new there for “Dumb Dubya” as the British press is now calling him.

SIX suspected Islamic radicals have been arrested on allegations of plotting an attack in New Jersey with the aim of killing as many American soldiers as possible in Fort Dix, officials said on Tuesday.
Its has been denied though that Lebron James was one of the radicals although his Cleveland Cavaliers did blast the New Jersey Nets in Games 1 and 2 of the NBA Eastern Conference semifinals.
IN what some consider as another “attack” on the United States, authorities revealed that two Chinese companies illegally added a deadly chemical to food products blamed for killing thousands of US pets.
Again, the NBA is denying that Yao Ming of the Houston Rockets had anything to do with it. The companies, Xuzhou Anying Biologic Technology Development Co. Ltd. and Binzhou Futian Biology Technology Co. Ltd., added melamine to food additives and labeled them in such a way as to avoid detection on export.

Melamine is an organic chemical used in the production of a wide range of products including glues, resins and fertilizers. When added to foods it makes them appear more protein-rich, but it can be deadly to animals, according to the US Food and Drug Administration.
The contaminated products were later used in the production of pet foods. The US administration estimates thousands of pets have died after eating the tainted pet food.
This is like 9/11 for America’s dogs and cats! If these pets only had a President like Georgie B, they would also go after the Chinese Osama and the Chinese Saddam!

The bloody war in Iraq can now be viewed on YouTube, courtesy of the Pentagon. The US military has created a “channel” on the popular video sharing Web site to show clips of the war – apparently to gain public support for a deeply unpopular war.
But since this is a Pentagon show, don’t expect to see US soldiers being blasted into pieces by suicide bombers. Just like made-for-kids cartoons, US soldiers in this heavily edited docus are portrayed as GI Joes and Rambos. Move over Disney, here’s the Pentagon!
