It’s definitely not a comprehensive list, but it’s a good taste of the thievery movies that are out there. Just don’t use them to map out your own heist, or you’ll probably end up in prison.

In 2003 The Italian Job brought the world a great movie about a heist done using a bunch of Mini Coopers, to steal 35 million in gold bullion. Now that’s a lot of money. When there is only so much funding in a school system, is it really pertinent that the money go to funding things like the arts in school? Where lies the value in that if the advancement of the world is based on advancements in technology, math, science, and things of the like?

Art is Being Defunded in School

It’s a very sad reality to come to terms with. School systems are being faced with the defunding of arts programs in massive ways and it’s taking a toll on everybody more than the people doing the defunding would like to believe. Art is powerful. In school, it provides an outlet for students to express themselves. Americans are used to being told that they’re rich, and they are, but the reality of the matter is one that is hard to come to terms with considering the quality of life so many Americans are used to and the impending cost of living that continues to rise and is causing so many to be subject to poverty.

Poverty seems to be a bit subjective. When you compare an American in poverty to a person living on a mat in the third world, it’s easy to see how much the worlds differ and how much the American actually has by comparison. While the contrast certainly puts things into perspective, it’s best to realize that every situation is different and while one level of poverty may be less extreme, both are difficult situations to face. Star Trek Episodes Free to Watch

Star Trek fans have something to rejoice now. Whether you want to see your favorite Captain Kirk or the battles of U.S.S. Voyager, it’s time you tune in to Hulu for the entire month of April. This is your chance to watch Star Trek episodes for free.

In honor of William Shatner’s birthday, the TV network thought it wise to give fans a blast by letting them watch the popular TV series (and they mean every episode of the Star Trek series) without being charged a single fee. This special gift will run until the end of April.

In addition to the free viewing campaign, Hulu is also conducting a survey via its Tumblr site. Users are asked to vote on their favorite characters in the series from James Kirk and William Riker to Spock, Nine and Wesley Crusher.

By May, the film sequel Star Trek: Into the Darkness will be released so avid fans have another movie to watch out for.
