Things are starting to shape up. A lot of military intrigue and conspiracy in this issue with less of an emphasis on action. The *real* action is going to be in #16, when the Joes take on the Phoenix Guard in their own base. Things aren’t looking good for the Joes, though, as they’re all bogged down with in-fighting, 3 of their squad members are gone and Phoenix Guard have support from the White House. This arc is still moving along rather slowly, but I have a feeling that once it’s reached its conclusion it’ll be one of the better G.I. Joe stories to come out of Devil’s Due in quite a while.
