Have you heard about the “Passover Coke”? Well apparently this is the kind with the yellow bottle cap distinguishing it form the regular white or red capped one. What’s special about the Passover Coke is that hi-grain quality sugar is used in it to replace the artificial sweeteners. You’re right to say it’s the sweet sweet Coke kind made specially by the bottlers to observe the Passover festivity.
The special Coke, which isn’t made with the forboden corn syrup, is only available in two liter bottles for a limited time and is distinguished by its yellow caps with the symbols “OU-P” on them.
It’s available in major areas here in the US east coast, reports have said that in the west coast it has been available all year round, and it is known as “Mexican Coke”. In central USA though, in some areas, Coke is saying you can call them or your local retailers to request a delivery.
